We feature a full lineup of classes running daily for all experience levels, dynamic, inspiring, well-trained teachers, a fully stocked retail boutique, and rental equipment. Even if you have never stepped inside a yoga studio before, we have everything you need to feel at home...and more.

WHY THE HEAT?

When the class is heated, the heat allows for greater flexibility, minimizes muscle strain, minimizes lactic acid build up, reduces the chance of injury, allows for greater cleansing of the body, and builds tremendous stamina and endurance.

OFFERINGS

Hot Asana is a full service studio and boutique we are open 7 days a week and are working on building the class schedule as we grow in Newburyport. We offer heated classes, virtual classes, and on demand classes. We also offer seasonal outdoor classes, including beach yoga, Vinyard yoga, and paddleboard yoga. We have unique specialty classes weekly, as well as private lessons available by request.
